Under "Marketing materials" you can find all our catalogues in one place. You can also access them through their separate inspiration pages in the main menu. If you have further questions, our sales department can always assist you.

Solo midocean has a wide portfolio of promotional items, featuring a diverse collection of daily essentials ranging from bottles, to bags and clothing. We strive to continuously introduce products that are functional, eco-friendly and of the highest quality, making them available at the most competitive prices.

If you are interested in becoming a customer, you can access the sign up form on the page "Sign up as a customer". But please be aware that we only offer our services to resellers of promotional merchandise. If you are not a reseller but still want to order our products, please contact our sales department and they will be able to recommend a reseller in your area.

To access specific information about yourChoice products you need to be logged in to your account.

To be able to calculate the price for an order, you would need to be a customer and logged into your account. By doing so, you can fill in the product quantity together with the printing technique and then the order price will be presented.

This will differ depending on the product. When ordering products from stock you can order as little as one product per order, but if you want to order fully customised products from the yourChoice collection, there is a product specific MOQ. This information you can find on the product page itself.

Yes, with the yourChoice collection you can fully customise the entire product through edge-to-edge printing, full colour print, custom shapes, Pantone matched colours and much more! Check out the collection here and start designing!

At Solo midocean we introduce new collections twice a year. On January 1st each year, our "more than gifts" collection is launched, containing the updated product portfolio for the year. Additionally, we launch our "End of year" collection in August, adding special holiday and winter items to the portfolio. Throughout the year we may add items to our portfolio that are related to special occasions or events.

At Solo midocean we have more than 20,000 products available through our webshop. Each year we add more than 400 new items to the collection while outdated products are discontinued. You can access our product catalogues here.

Order process

We do offer air freight for most orders. However, orders that contain products that can not be delivered via air freight (due to safety reasons) are bound to standard delivery.

You can easily follow your order process via your online account! If you log into your account and in the "My Account" menu you select "Order History", you can select the order and view the details. However, the yourChoice orders will not be visible and will instead be updated through email.

With a 24h printing service, we are proud of being able to provide you with competitive lead times. Depending on the printing technique, material, and product quantity, delivery time will vary. On the page "Delivery lead times" you will find up-to-date print and delivery lead-times for "on-stock" products, to allow you to plan your orders in time. Please note that yourChoice items have a different delivery time than "on-stock" products and it will be calculated based on the unique product ordered.

Yes you can, as long as you make the changes before the print approval.
When designing your products online, you will receive the print proof immediately, and you are able to approve it directly in your online account. If you place the order offline, we will do our utmost to send it within 2h.
Yes you can! Orders are registered on company level and within the same company you can see all the orders placed.

Personalisation and Artwork

This will depend on the product and its print area. If you use the online widget to design your product, the print area is clearly defined, and you can choose to fill the entire space (or not) with your artwork.

Yes. For non-digital printing techniques where CMYK colours can not be used, the artwork is translated into the closest PMS colour for printing (if it's not already included). But for example embroidery and ceramic transfer, only a limited amount of PMS colours are available for printing. So make sure to read about the special requirements for each printing technique here.

For optimal printing results, it is recommended to use high quality artwork suitable for the specific printing technique. For non-digital printing, the artwork should be in a vector format and for digital printing, the artwork can be in several formats as long as they are at least 300dpi. When designing your products online, you will be informed if the quality is acceptable for printing immediately. You can find more details here.

For best results, we recommend the artwork to be in a pdf, ai or eps format with a minimum resolution of 300dpi for digital prints and for non-digital prints the artwork needs to be a vector file. You can read more about the details here.

This depends on the product and the printing technique selected. For digital printing you can use full colour designs (in CMYK), but for screen printing only non-gradient PMS colours can be used. We recommend you read the specific requirements for each material and printing technique before creating your printable artwork.

For yourChoice sports garments and medals this is possible, but for other products it is not as products are printed in bulk. You would need to place a separate order for each separate artwork, and please note that there will be a set-up cost for each artwork.

With the yourChoice program, you can create a truly unique product in just a few simple steps online. Make your product stand out by using custom shapes, full-colour edge-to-edge printing or Pantone-matched colours from your logo and get the price directly online. Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the region or country you are ordering from, rates and shipping options may differ. When placing your order online, you will be presented with this information during the checkout. For further information we recommend you contact your local customer care representative.

In rare cases, even with a strict quality control process in place, an order could arrive damaged or incomplete. We take our commitments very seriously and if this happens, we ask you to directly report this to a sales agent for further investigation and proper action. You can get more information here.

As per the terms and conditions, the delivery may differ between 5 and 10% from that agreed upon, depending on the product. This difference will then be adjusted on the invoice. If you want to know more, you can find our Terms & Conditions here.

Yes it is possible up to a max of 5 addresses per order. But to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you would need to contact your customer care representative.
Yes it is but only before order approval. Once an order has been approved it is not possible to add this service any more.

Promotions and Discounts

If you are a registered customer, you can sign up for our newsletter by logging into your account and adjust your settings under "Newsletter emails".

We have an outlet section where you can find products that are being discontinued, together with seasonal discounts and offers. You can stay up to date with all our offers by subscribing to our newsletter.

Account and Privacy

When you have logged into your online account, you have a section called "Profile Settings" where you can update your account details. If you want to add or edit your addresses, you can do this by selecting the tab "Saved Addresses".

Due to local laws and regulations, Solo midocean will keep your data on file strictly for compliance purposes, but your account will be deleted from the system. You can find more details in our "Privacy Policy".

You can do this by navigating to the account "Log in" page and then selecting the option "Forgot your password". You then need to enter the email address with which you have created your account, by doing so you will then receive a link in your inbox where you can reset your password.

Technical support

No, you can use your preferred browser. What we do recommend is having the latest version of the browser installed for optimal performance.
No, for the Print Design Wizard you would need to upload your artwork file directly from your computer.
If you encounter an issue during the ordering process, the system usually explains why and how to proceed. If this is not the case, it could be a browser issue, here it could help to change the browser or clean the cookies and cache. Should the problem persists, please contact our sales department for further assistance.

Printing

In our semi-automated printing facility in Poland, we offer 17 different printing techniques! From non-digital printing such as screen transfer and embroidery, to digital printing and sublimation. With this, we can assure you of the best printing results per material. Read more about all our printing techniques here.

This depends on the product and the material. To print full-colour artwork, digital printing must be used, and it is not suitable for all materials. We offer a wide range of products in our yourChoice collection, in addition to stock items that are suitable for full-colour (digital) printing. You can view the collection here.

This depends on the product. Some products offer several printing positions, while some only have one. When designing your product online this is clearly mentioned, and you can then decide where to place your artwork.
